1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for a betjam account, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise engaging with our platform, you expressly agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and all other rules, policies, and procedures that may be published on the betjam website from time to time. 2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betjam account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account information with any third party under any circumstances. All activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you accept full responsibility for all transactions, deposits, withdrawals, and bets placed using your account credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without authorization, you must immediately notify betjam customer support. We reserve the right to suspend your account pending investigation of any suspected security breach. You agree to cooperate fully with any security investigations and to provide any requested information or documentation.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposited funds are not eligible for withdrawal until they have been wagered at least one (1) time at minimum odds or game requirements as specified in our gaming rules. Violation of intellectual property rights may result in civil and criminal penalties under applicable law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, betjam and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of betjam services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall betjam's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you have deposited into your betjam account during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which betjam is licensed to operate. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or your use of betjam services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration body, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution proceedings, you agree to first contact betjam customer support to attempt to resolve the matter informally. Most disputes can be resolved quickly and satisfactorily through good-faith communication.

10. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your betjam account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, you may withdraw any remaining balance in your account, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements and verification procedures.

betjam reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to: violation of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, abusive behavior toward staff or other players, failure to provide requested verification documents, or any other reason we deem appropriate in our sole discretion. Upon termination, any remaining account balance will be returned to you minus any applicable penalties or amounts owed to betjam.

11. General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and other incorporated policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and betjam regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.
